One of the most disheartening and frustrating things about helping people learn to trade, is when they suffer in silence, and finally give up, having never asked for help. The fastest and best way to learn is to be active in the chatroom, participate, and ask as many questions as you can. I promise you are not bothering anyone. No question is too basic, and there are no "dumb" questions. We all had to start somewhere, and the room is full of supportive and understanding peers. If you swallow your pride, put yourself out there, post your trades, ask for advice, and accept help, I promise you will see improvement.

     If you do not feel comfortable speaking up in the room however, and need some concentrated time for some guidance in private, please email us for an appointment, so we can arrange our schedules to give you the full attention you deserve. We would be more than happy to:

- help start you on an education plan
- go over your trades with you, to troubleshoot what may be going wrong
- clarify any questions you have about trading methods
- talk with you about any problems you might be having

How do I private message someone?

The best place for a private conversation is in the mIRC chatroom. To the right of your screen you will see a list of names (aka “Nicks”). Those are members who are currently in the room.A private message is referred to as a “DCC”, which stands for a Direct Client to Client connection. By double clicking on any name in that list, you will open another room with that person alone, where you can have a private conversation. No one in the chat can see this conversation, so you are assured of absolute privacy.
