1. Monthly membership fees
Monthly fees will be automatically billed to your credit card. The credit card must be in your name, otherwise a written consent from the card holder must be faxed to MTrader at (530) 872-1484. Members are billed each month on the date of subscription. The day that you subscribe is the same day that you will be charged each month, as long as you continue the service. If your payment date falls on a weekend, payment will be charged on the Friday prior to your payment due date.
To cancel your membership, you must do so before your next payment is due. Pro-rates and refunds are not available once you have been billed for the current month. To cancel membership, please call us toll free at 1-888-590-6255. If outside of the United States, please call 530-872-1484. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m eastern time. If you leave a voice mail and do not hear back from us within 24 hours, it means that we did not receive your voice mail and you need to call again.
3. Declined Credit Cards
If your credit card is declined you will be notified via email. If we receive no response from you within two days, you will not be able to access the chatroom on the third day.
4. Single User Policy.
Membership is for a single user only and may not be shared with others. Separate membership must be obtained for each user.
5. Termination Policy
MTrader reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice, for any reason. Please observe rules of common courtesy. No swearing is allowed, and no personal attacks on anyone in the room. We have been trading together for some time now and consider those in the room friends.
